Board and Management

The Alligator team has a depth of uranium and nickel experience across the technical, political, financial and legal disciplines. Alligator Management has a proven track record in progressing uranium exploration projects. The Board and Management have a clear strategy for developing the Company’s existing assets and pursuing future opportunities in uranium and other energy metal exploration.

Paul Dickson – B.Ed. F Fin Grad Dip TA, Non-executive Chairman

Paul has over 20 years experience in the finance services industry. He has worked with a number of stock broking firms including Ord Minett Ltd and Colonial Stock-broking Limited and more recently has been a director of a number of corporate advisory boutiques. Paul was a director of DDM Capital Pty Ltd, which provided a range of services including capital raising and general corporate advice for small-cap. Paul is also a non-executive director of Terrain Minerals Ltd ASX listed and Condor Energy Ltd, unlisted and a director of Proserpine Capital Partners Pty Ltd, a Private Equity business based in Melbourne.

Andrew J. Vigar – BSc (App.Geology), FAusIMM, MSEG, Non-executive Director

Andrew has 35 years’ experience in the minerals industry covering areas from operations to corporate and finance. He held company positions with Utah, Emperor, WMC and CRAE prior to commencing consulting in 1996 as Vigar & Associates which became part of SRK Consulting where he built and managed the Brisbane practice leaving in 2003 to pursue a range of mining related interests, including the founding of the Mining Associates group and the highly successful Brisbane Mining Club, where he is Chairman. He is a strong supporter of the AusIMM having served on various committees at both a local and national level, including being a past national councillor and founding member of the Hong Kong branch, the first in Asia. He lives in Hong Kong where he is President of Mining Associates Limited.


Peter McIntyre- BAppSc, MSc(Mgmt), Non-executive Director

Mr McIntyre has been involved with the development of a number of major mining projects, and at a corporate level he has established and steered various companies through their early stages into significant businesses. Peter established and was Managing Director of EXT during the critical discovery and pre-feasibility stage of Husab.

Gregory Hall – BE Min Eng, MAusIMM, MAICD, Executive Director and CEO

Greg has more than 27 years’ experience as an executive in the resources sector with large listed companies such as North, WMC and Rio Tinto. In addition he has held the role of Managing Director with ASX listed juniors, Toro Energy Ltd and Hillgrove Resources Ltd

Greg has a deep understanding of the uranium sector through ERA/Rio Tinto Uranium and the evaluation/approval of WA’s first fully approved uranium project with Toro Energy Ltd. His operational uranium experience also includes roles as Mining Manager at Olympic Dam and Ranger Uranium Mine.

Greg is well acquainted with commodity markets having been the Director Sales (Bauxite & Alumina) at Comalco (Rio Tinto Aluminium) and Marketing Manager for uranium marketing & sales for Rio Tinto Uranium, and has additional operational experience in the nickel and gold sectors with WMC.

Greg has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Engineering and is Past Board and EXCO member of the Australian Uranium Association. He is also Chairman of University of Adelaide Mining, Civil and Environmental Eng School Advisory Board, Council member of SA Chamber of Minerals and Energy and Non-Executive Director of Torch Energy Pty Ltd (unlisted public company).


Andrew (Peter) Moorhouse – BSc (Hons)

Peter graduated from the University of Leicester with a BSc (Hons) in Applied and Environmental geology and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. Peter has over 10 years’ experience in uranium exploration and project development having worked with a variety of styles of mineralisation in Queensland, West Australia and Southern Africa. He joined Alligator in 2011 as Senior Geologist.

Mike Meintjes – BCom (Hons), ACA, F Fin

Mike is a Chartered Accountant with more than 28 years professional services experience principally with a Big Four accounting firm and more recently in part-time contracting and consulting roles.  During this time he gained extensive exposure to the mining and oil & gas sectors, including having advised a number of junior mineral explorers in both Western Australia and Queensland. Mike was appointed as company secretary for Alligator on 15 May 2013 and for Resource Generation Limited since November 2015.
